FAQ

Clear answers to common questions about working with ODYN Labs.

Most engagements begin with a discovery call or a short written inquiry. We clarify goals, constraints, and whether a project or advisory shape fits. If there is mutual fit, we propose a scoped next step — not an open-ended hours dump.

Projects have a defined outcome, timeline, and deliverables. Advisory work is ongoing counsel — audits, architecture reviews, and decision support — without necessarily owning the full implementation. Many clients start advisory and convert to a project once the path is clear.

We reply within two business days. If you need a faster path, book a discovery call and we will meet you on the calendar.

IP ownership is defined in the statement of work. At a high level, client-specific deliverables created for you are assigned per the SOW; our preexisting tools, frameworks, and know-how remain ours unless the SOW says otherwise. Ask counsel to review the agreement before kickoff.

We serve North America and work remote-friendly. We do not invent a multi-office global footprint — collaboration is structured around async updates, demos, and focused live sessions.

Bring the problem statement, constraints (timeline, budget band, compliance), current systems involved, and who decides. Screenshots, architecture sketches, or a short product brief help — polish is optional; clarity is not.

Some clients restrict public naming. When that happens we publish anonymized sector labels and outcome narratives with permission — we do not invent logos, quotes, or metrics.

Inquiry form submissions are used only to respond to your request. They are processed by our email provider and delivered to our sales inbox. See the Privacy Policy for processors (including Turnstile, analytics, and email). If the security widget fails, email us directly.

No. We partner as a delivery-capable firm across software, design, and IT consulting — not pure staff aug and not slideware-only consulting.

Yes. Many engagements pair us with in-house engineering or product. We keep a single ownership thread, share demos, and document decisions so your team can continue after we leave.
