Who we are

ODYN Labs is a business registered in Ontario, Canada, and operates this website. Contact for privacy questions: info@odynlabs.ca. We do not publish a street mailing address; email is the contact channel for this site.

What we collect

When you submit the inquiry form we collect name, work email, company, optional role, need category, timeline, and message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry.

How we use information

Form submissions are used solely to answer your inquiry and, when relevant, to follow up about a potential engagement. We do not sell personal information. We do not use inquiry data for advertising audiences or unrelated marketing lists.

Processors

Depending on configuration, the following processors may handle data related to this site:

• Cloudflare — hosting (Pages), Turnstile bot protection, and Web Analytics
• Resend and/or Web3Forms — outbound delivery of inquiry emails to our inbox
• Cal.com or another configured booking provider — when you book a discovery call

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-oriented and does not rely on invasive marketing cookies. We do not run marketing pixels or non-essential advertising trackers on this site today. If those are added later, a consent mechanism will be required.

Access and deletion

Under applicable Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA for commercial activities, you may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you from this site, or ask us to delete inquiry records where we no longer need them for the purpose collected or for legitimate business records. Email info@odynlabs.ca with your request. We may need to verify that we are dealing with the right person before acting.

Retention

Inquiry emails are retained as needed to respond and maintain business records, then deleted or archived per our internal retention schedule.
